Design of the garden
The main goal was to expand and enhance the use of outdoor spaces, creating a seamless integration between the landscape and the architecture of the house. The front façade invites residents to enjoy the garden while maintaining a strong visual connection with the home. To achieve this, medium-sized plant specimens were carefully selected, responding to the homeowners’ specific request to preserve visibility of the façade.
The lateral passage, a key feature of the design, was transformed into a focal point. Through the double-height window, a tall tree becomes the visual focal point, blending nature and design. The path unfolds through a raised zigzag deck, leading to the rear garden and ending at a fire pit. A strategically placed mirror visually multiplies the greenery, enhancing the sense of openness.
The main garden, spacious and enveloping, features a generous lawn surrounded by a thoughtful selection of plant species. The pool, designed with a dark bottom, acts as a reflective water mirror, capturing the sky and surrounding vegetation — becoming one of the defining elements of the landscape.
