Gardens with strong, memorable forms make a lasting impact.

About us

We are passionate about our work. We firmly believe that incorporating landscape design into architectural projects adds tangible value and enhances people’s well-being. Our projects not only increase property value but also promote environmental diversity and create carefully designed spaces that maximize usability.

Lola Capurro graduated at the Escuela de Jardinería Prof. Julio E. Muñoz and at the John Brookes School of Garden Design (Pampa Infinita), where she deepened her focus on landscape design. It was alongside Maureen Cummins that she discovered her true passion for landscaping, recognizing in this discipline a way to connect architecture, nature, and people.

Our work Is based on three core pillars:

The Environment

We dedicate time to study and understand the surroundings in order to understand what space demands from us.

The Architecture

The architecture of the building—its lines and materials—plays a key role in our projects. We collaborate in synergy with architecture studios, as we believe teamwork enhances the project and achieves a harmonious integration of all elements, enriching the final result.

The Client

In every garden project, we take on the challenge of understanding and reflecting the vision of our client. Since we believe that earning his trust is essential to the success of the project, we take the necessary time to truly get to know him and understand his needs.

Vision & Mission:

Our Vision is to create projects that have a meaningful impact on both society and the environment, crafting spaces that capture the unique essence of each place. Our Mission is to work closely with architectural firms and clients to create landscape designs that reflect the identity of the location, respect the natural environment, and add significant value to their surroundings.

Design Philosophy:

Our approach to landscape design is based on creating a harmonious interaction between the project and its environment and on designing spaces that deeply connect with people’s emotions.
We consider it fundamental to build trust with our clients, as this allows the design process to flow naturally. Through that connection, we can reach the essence of our design—capturing the true identity and soul of the space.

Our aim:

We focus on designing landscapes that are not only visually appealing but also promote biodiversity and the well-being of those who enjoy them.
We seek to harmoniously integrate architecture with the natural environment, uncovering the soul of each place.

Commitment with the community

Two deeply emotional projects marked a turning point in the Studio’s journey, transforming its focus and strengthening its commitment to the community.

One of them was the roundabout “Union, Courage and Faith in the Andes”, located in the Carrasco district of Montevideo, in remembrance of the 50th anniversary of the plane crash in the Andes. This project was more than a landscaping work: it was a tribute to resilience, hope, and human strength. Every element of its design was imbued with symbolism, seeking to capture the essence of the story and the bravery of the plane’s survivors.
The other project that deeply moved us was for Hogar Israelita, a place built from empathy. In this space, the Studio focused on creating gardens that were much more than outdoor areas — ensuring that each corner felt connected to the residents. It was a client who invited us to take part in this beautiful project, with the intention of making a gift to transform the outdoor spaces of the Hogar, improving the pathways and enhancing the beauty of a mature garden that was already extraordinary on its own.
From the moment we visited the home, we understood that this would not be an ordinary job, but one filled with emotion and meaning. We researched plants that could evoke aromas and sensations that connected them with their home, their past, and with Israel.
Both projects reflect the Studio’s philosophy: the creation of spaces that not only respect nature, but also connect deeply with people’s emotions and needs.
